At Clear Speech Coaching, I am dedicated to providing interesting content to learners of English. I am not at all interested in sharing or selling personal details, so I don’t. Any information you provide in any of the ways outlined on this page will only ever be used by me and no one else to provide you with courses or learning materials.

TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT

Depending on how you use the site, some data may be stored in different ways. Personal data is never stored unless you specifically allow it by contacting me or purchasing a course. Any data you do provide is not shared for any kind of commercial purpose.

If you contact me via the website, your name, email address and telephone number (if provided) may be stored. I would only ever use these to contact you regarding your enquiry.

If you purchase a course on the website, then your address may additionally be stored on our system. I would only ever use this address to send an item if it needs to be delivered.

If you visit the website, some details of your visit might be stored in the form of cookies. Some of these are essential to make the website function properly, others are used to improve the way our content is shared and provided. None of your personal details can be seen through cookies. DATA FROM PURCHASES

If you purchase a course on the website, your name, address, contact number and IP address may be held. This information will only be used to process the order. Any credit card details are processed by Stripe, a secure online payment gateway. I do not view or store any of your bank or card details.
